These terms apply when you use Allt I Allo, a service where users can rent and rent out items, book and offer services, and buy and sell goods. By using the service you accept the terms.
1. About the service
Allt I Allo is an intermediary service. We provide the platform where users find each other, agree on a deal and pay.
The agreement for a rental, a service or a purchase is made between the users. Allt I Allo is not a party to that agreement.
2. Account and sign-in
You sign in with BankID. The details in your profile must be correct, and you are responsible for what is done through your account.
3. Listings
You are responsible for your listings, and we may remove listings that break these terms. As an advertiser you make sure that:
- the description, images and price are accurate
- you have the right to rent out, sell or perform what you advertise
- the listing complies with Swedish law
4. Payment and fees
Once a request has been accepted, you pay through the service. Payments and payouts are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
The price and any fees, such as the service fee and delivery fee, are shown before you pay.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Listings for rentals and services have a cancellation policy: flexible, standard or strict. It is shown in the listing and decides how much is refunded if you cancel.
The service fee is not refunded.
6. Responsibilities between users
- Whoever rents out or sells is responsible for the item matching the listing.
- Whoever rents is responsible for returning the item in the same condition.
- Whoever performs a service is responsible for doing the work professionally.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- publish false or misleading listings
- offer goods or services that are illegal
- harass or threaten other users
- use someone else's identity or account
- collect data from the service with automated tools
8. Reviews
After a completed deal, both parties can leave a review. Reviews must be factual and based on your own experience.
9. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
